Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority. Radiancedeur™ handles returns and exchanges as follows:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • Original tags and included accessories must remain intact

  • Products with signs of use, damage, or improper care are not eligible

Exceptions

  • Personalized, monogrammed, or custom items cannot be returned

  • Select seasonal promotions or limited-time bundles are final sale

Process

  1. Contact support with order details

  2. Receive return instructions and authorization

  3. Ship the item using the recommended method

  4. Once inspected, a replacement or refund may be issued

Refunds

Approved returns are processed within 7–14 business days using the original purchase method.
